Parties and Events
Children’s parties (2 hours) – R1700
Adult parties and Events – R1700 for the first two hours, then R500 per hour after that.
I will arrive 15-20 min earlier to take photos of the set-up and decorations.
Themed/Stylized Shoots – R3000
1-2 hours, location and or studio, including props and other items used for theme and extra time for set-up and break down

What to expect before, during and after your session:
Before your session:
I will require as much information from you about your requirements and needs before the shoot and before payment so that I can advice correctly and we get the maximum value out of your photo shoot. Feel free to ask as many questions as necessary.
On the day of the session:
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your session (5-10 min before the start time is preferred). Each session is allocated a specific time slot and most of the time no extra time can be allocated if you are late for your session. If you are late for your session due to unforeseen circumstances we can only allow for the original time allocated. If you very late for a session (say half an hour late for an hours session) it might be up to Tilanie Grote Photography to cancel the session since there will not be enough time left in the allocated slot to provide you with our professional service. In that case, there will be no refund or option to reschedule.
Sessions are between 15 min and 2 hours, depending on the type of session and number of people. Though sessions are often completed in a shorter period, extra time is built in “just in case”!
Feel free to bring some of your own props (sport and hobbies) to add to your session to make it more personal. Some sessions allow for a change of clothing.
After your session:
A sneak peek of your session will be available on the blog page within 48 hours and your gallery will be ready within 7 days.
The images are kept in the online gallery for 3 months (90 days) at which time they are removed.
All images are copyrighted by Tilanie Grote Photography. After your session, the best images will be edited and displayed in our password protected client galleries, at which time you will be notified they are ready for viewing. You will receive your personal password for your Gallery. From these images, you can choose your images for printing and these chosen images will be placed on CD for your use. The CD will also contain images ready for posting on social networking sites (Facebook, My Space, etc…) and/or personal websites and blogs and therefore will be watermarked. Because Tilanie Grote Photography retains the copyright to every image, however, you may not use them for advertising or other revenue-producing purposes. At the same time, Tilanie Grote Photography retains the right to use the images taken on our website, as well as in print media to promote our studio and services only. Should you not want your images used on social media please let me know. I do however ask for permission before doing so.
Once you have chosen the images you wish to have printed, these will be printed and available for collection within 2 weeks of order date.
Please note that any prints or products not processed through our professional lab are not guaranteed by Tilanie Grote Photography because of color and finish discrepancies. We work closely with our chosen Printers, and hence, guarantee quality prints … for this reason, we encourage clients to order prints for displaying and gift-giving through us!
Due to the custom nature of photographic prints and products, all sales are final.
Please note that only minor Photoshop work will be done. Any additional requests will be done at an additional cost.
